Bring your kids to one of our playgroups for some tactile fun and socialising with other kids. Helping developing minds through play and social interaction

Borrow toys hassle-free from the Sutherland Shire Toy Library.

Parenting seminars to help you navigate the early years with your little ones.

Yoga Class

Maintaining strength and balance is especially important for good function as we age.

We offer classes for a range of ability and fitness levels, delivered by certified instructors.

We offer a range of other programs and resources to the community in collaboration with local organisations and Council.
